Our journey started with a single question: how can we optimize energy?


Energy, once considered scarce, fascinated us — particularly in environments with massive consumption like buildings. But as we delved deeper, we realized energy was just one part of the challenge. Buildings are complex, capital-intensive ecosystems, where countless systems and processes must work in harmony to ensure safety, comfort, and efficiency.

We also discovered a glaring gap — existing solutions were too fragmented, rigid, or outdated to meet modern needs. Managing buildings required an integrated, data-driven, and flexible approach that could evolve across the building lifecycle.
